Welcome to Speedy Style Shopper. By placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use our website.
You must be at least 18 years old to purchase from Speedy Style Shopper. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activities that occur under your account. We reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, or cancel orders at our sole discretion.
2.1 Payment Method: We accept Cash on Delivery only. No credit cards, digital wallets, or online bank transfers are accepted. Payment must be made in exact USD cash to the delivery driver at the time of delivery.
2.2 Order Confirmation: Your receipt of an order confirmation email does not constitute our acceptance of your order. We reserve the right to cancel any order for any reason, including suspected fraud, invalid address, or high-risk delivery location.
2.3 Refusal of Delivery: If you refuse to accept delivery or fail to pay the COD amount, you will be blacklisted from future purchases. We may also pursue collection of a restocking fee (up to $15) for wasted shipping costs.
We strive for accuracy but do not warrant that product descriptions, pricing, or other content is error-free. In the event of a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel your order and issue a refund of any amount paid (though no payment is collected online for COD orders).
Title and risk of loss for products pass to you upon our transfer to the shipping carrier. We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather, or other force majeure events. Estimated delivery dates are not guaranteed.
To the fullest extent permitted by USA law, Speedy Style Shopper shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the total amount you paid for the specific product giving rise to the claim (i.e., $0 for COD orders before delivery).
These Terms are governed by the laws of USA, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your purchase shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in USA. You waive any right to a jury trial or class action.
We may update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance.

To be eligible for a return:
The following items cannot be returned: Digital products (e.g., gift cards, software, memberships), opened personal care items (e.g., skincare, hair products), perishable food, intimate apparel (undergarments, swimwear), and customized/personalized products.
Step 1: Email us at returns@speedystyleshopper.org with your order number and reason for return. Step 2: We will email you a return shipping label (cost deducted from refund unless return is due to our error). Step 3: Pack the item securely and drop it off at any USPS/UPS location. Step 4: Once received and inspected (within 5 business days), we will process your refund.
Since you paid in cash upon delivery, we cannot reverse a credit card or bank transfer. Refunds will be issued as:
Original shipping charges are non-refundable. A $7.99 restocking fee may apply for non-defective returns.
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will provide a prepaid return label and issue a full refund (including original shipping) or send a replacement at no extra cost. No restocking fee applies.
If you place a COD order and refuse delivery without canceling at least 24 hours in advance, or if you provide an invalid address resulting in failed delivery, we reserve the right to charge a $15 restocking & administrative fee before allowing future orders. Repeated abuse will result in a permanent ban.
